Clause for personal data requests via Web forms.

In virtue of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), the purpose of which is to guarantee and protect, as regards the treatment of personal data, the fundamental liberties and rights of natural persons, and especially their honour and personal intimacy, the Prodintec Foundation informs its users that any personal information that they provide us with will be included in a File which is the property of the Prodintec Foundation. The purpose of the automated gathering and treatment of Personal Data is the integrated computerised management of the Foundation.

The Prodintec Foundation has adopted the technical and organisational means stipulated in the regulations in force and in accordance with the levels of security of the supplied data and, moreover, has installed all the available technical means and measures to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of any data supplied to us. The user may, at any time, exercise the rights recognised in the LOPD of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at Edificio Centros Tecnológicos, Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Gijón, CP 33203, Gijón-Asturias.
